Where do you ship from?
All MIZU Recovery orders are fulfilled from our global logistics center in Hong Kong, ensuring safe and efficient international delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. Once delivered, you can still request a return or refund in accordance with our policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
When will my order be processed?
